Special Enhancements

• Window: This functions almost identically to Warp with the Tunnel Enhancement, but instead of opening a portal you can step through, it opens a window you can sense through at about arm's reach. Others can sense though the window and you can walk away from it, but your ability otherwise functions normally. The window itself has no real physical presence and can be walked through, but you can take hold of it and reposition it if desired. You can make it any size you wish, as long as it's smaller than you. The default shape is rectangular, but circles and ovals are also possible. Changing the size or shape requires a second of concentration and an IQ roll. +0% if the window is two-way. +40% for a one-way window that you can sense though, but that doesn't work in reverse. +45% if you can choose between the two.
