Enchants any kind of projectile weapon into a vessel that can store a single spell. Striking anything after being intentionally fired activates the stored spell.
Storing a spell in the projectile requires casting a spell while holding it with the intent to store the spell in the projectile. All parameters of the stored spell must be specified at this time, as this spell has no intelligence with which to guide the stored spell.
This enchantment costs double the price of an equivalent scroll with the same stored spell.
