This spell is designed to refill the built-in Energy Reserve that many magic items use to power their abilities. It's also used to charge Power Items (see p. DF1:28).

This is considered an enchantment spell, but is not quite so jealously guarded as most, since it is not actually used to make magic items.

This spell can be used by Witches to reduce the tally of their Buffer Items. This simply transfers the tally from the item to the caster. Only a user of Threshold-Limited Magery can do this.
