Control (Spell Modifiers) can control a specific spell up to 10 times level squared points, adding or removing 10% worth of modifiers per level.

This is a limiting enchantment, so it changes the monetary cost of the enchantment it affects. Password increases price by 20%, due to the extra security and/or utility.
